Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at shopzenoofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at shopzenoofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a return or refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
