Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after your order has been processed.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Zeno is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears to be lost please contact us at shopzenoofficial@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged please email us at shopzenoofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
